Even in the darkest of rooms a quiet calm still lingers at his shoulders, and a cowl of stoic solitude rests there. The looming Shshuye grits his fangs and scowls. A gilded jackalope skull does little to mask his sour visage, although his bitter demeanor would leak through either way.Not a fan of intoxicants, Zier's ventures into bars and taverns almost always come tied to a job. Professional and cold, he might excel in pleasantries but when pressed will shut down any ventures into his personal life.

There's an air of familiarity that clings to the Shshuye's hind horns, and it leaves a trail of glistening aetherial sparkle in it's path. The pitter-pattering of bare paws on rough stones. A chime and clink of golden embellishments. A waft of loose chestnut fur that puddles in her wake.The jackalope is often seen wandering about crowded areas, scouring the masses for potential pickpocket victims. Her bright and casual disposition often finds her amongst groups she might not otherwise be privvy to. What Laika lacks in strength she makes up for in agility, and she has dedicated most of her success in fight pits to her strike avoidance.

You've managed to find a document of sorts, notes stashed in a journal, or maybe even been told directly: in any case, there's information here about the Twins.Born to separate mothers in the Wachunpelo Tribe, Laika and Zier are fraternal twin Shshuye, the first two conceived in an indeterminate length of time. Much like the Padjal of the Black Shroud, Shshuye are horned shetona, with aetherical powers linked to the Jackalope Primal. With short horns and elegantly long ears for combating desert heat, most of the physical Shshuye traits aren't needed in modern times.While Zier and Laika are presumed twins due to their common Shshuye heritage, they are not bonded by blood.
